The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for developing a high performance workforce through the development of HR processes and metrics that support the business goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
Recruitment
? Conducts recruitment efforts for all positions in the operations. This includes managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing (managing recruiters and independent sourcing) to hiring in specific time frame.
? Ensuring employees are hired, promoted and progress through the structure if applicable (career path).
? Conducts quality analysis for recruitment process effectiveness. Profile and validate success/failure in hiring processes.
Management Support
? Acts as the primary point of contact for leaders, providing expertise and guidance in the areas of performance management, coaching and talent assessment.
? Coaches business leaders on leadership behaviors and practices, employee communication, development and performance management to promote engagement and a culture of continuous growth and development. Monitors company/management actions to support Employee Engagement and conducts feedback sessions as needed.
Training and performance Management
? Structure implement onboarding programs and professional training plans for new employees in US operations
? Analyze knowledge gaps for US operation employees and facilitate training programs to close these gaps.
? Assists managers with employee development programs. Guides employees and mentors management in developing plans and supporting development/training needs.
? Structure, initiate and monitor performance evaluations completion and reinforces requirements to leaders as necessary. Works with leaders to complete Performance Improvement Plans and assists with communication to employees. Conducts follow-up to ensure plans are successfully completed. Recommends employment action if necessary.
? Participates in developing annual department goals/objectives, and assists in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals.
? Conducts exit interviews and recommends actions to management to address issues.
Employee Care
? Provides HR support for all employees in the AMR operations. Provides positive quality communications and interactions with employees and delivers excellent internal and external customer satisfaction. Maintains an open door relationship with all employees.
? Leading, planning and executing all Employee care and welfare program in the AMR operations.
? Implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, including payroll, compensation, health insurance, benefits, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, AA/EEO compliance, and labor relations; completing personnel transactions.
HR Administration
? Maintains necessary documentation concerning employees' benefits/leave programs; C&B; company and HR policies; recognition; recruiting, onboarding and training; performance management and employee care. Maintains timely, accurate and complete employee records, ensures Human Resource Information System is maintained with accurate employee data.
? Gathers, interprets and reports on HR data as needed/requested.
? Main point of contact for all admin activities for US operation
General
? Full accountability for the successful implementation of HR related policies, practices, structure and procedures for AMR operations.
? Demonstrates commitment to core values by leading, acting and behaving in a manner consistent with these values.
? Maintains compliance with all US local laws/regulations concerning employment.
Skills/Qualifications
? At least 3 years' experience in related HR position
? Strong hands on background in successfully recruiting activities (sourcing and recruitment process management)
? Prior experience in global, multi-cultural companies - Major advantage
? Prior experience in SW companies - Major advantage
? Fluent Hebrew

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
