Title: General Manager
Reports to: Owner

Summary of Position:
The Launch Trampoline Park General Business Manager is responsible
for the efficient and profitable operations of a Launch Trampoline park.
They will oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and
leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs,
employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, safety, cleanliness
and sanitation.

Manage 60-70 staff, in a 40,000 square foot facility that has a capacity
of 200+ jumpers per hour on 6 different trampoline courts, a caf and a
5000 square foot birthday party area that holds 200+ party guests.

Duties & Responsibilities:
General Management
? Compliant with Franchise Operations Manual
? Lead others and work effectively with a Launch team
? Directly assign activities and store functions
? Communicate and implement corporate initiatives
? Drive a level of exemplary customer service
? Resolve all customer relations issues according to company policy
? Maintain a positive experience for all guests of Launch Trampoline Park

Marketing, Programs and Events
? Acts as community ambassador, creating goodwill toward the Launch
Trampoline Park brand
? Evaluation and decision making regarding donation requests, business
partnerships or community involvement
? Oversee creation and ordering of marketing collateral and office supplies
? Pricing special events (lockouts, corporate events, bachelor parties)
? Create, schedule and manage new programs or events
? Proper positioning of Launch merchandise at key locations
? Maintain and organize non-shelf merchandise inventory
? Sustain and create concept for driving social media interaction within

Corporate Marketing Standards
? Monitor, document and report metrics of in-house marketing initiatives
? Execute all POS displays, merchandise, advertising campaigns and store
signage relative to promotional direction and Corporate Marketing
? Coordinate and execute Launch street team exclusive to your location

? Control register key usage, door keys, alarm codes, and safe combinations
? Execute locking of safe, locking security doors and fully arm security alarms at
close of day
? Complete random cash verification
? Review cashier reports

? Implements strategies for improving cost controls
? Financial budgeting and control of all programs, open jump and special events
? Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation
procedures in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
? Analyze all operational documentation
? Recommend strategies to improve store performance
? Implement result driven action plans
? Prepare daily reports and weekly summary
? Address all areas of improvement
? Conduct business reviews
? Create an incremental growth strategy

? Implement and monitor a workplace safety program
? Ensure food products are prepared and served according to the facility's recipes,
portioning, cooking and serving standards
? Maintain and apply for all licenses, certification or other regulatory requirements
? Develop schedule relative to sales/hours forecasts
? Prepare store for receipt of all physical inventory
? Check in and document billing of received merchandise
? Ensure quantity and quality of all received inventory
? Operate cash register
? Maintain a balanced imprest fund
? Deliver deposits and secure change from bank
? Schedule daily, weekly activities
? Execute weekly payroll
? Ensure compliance with federal and state law pertaining to health, safety and
? Prepare completed reports and records
? Maintain 100% accuracy compliance for all injury and accident reports
? Conduct open and closing walk through of store daily to establish prioritized
? Execute payment of outside vendors as appropriate
? Facilitate and control proper building maintenance, both inside and out, to ensure
? Manage all rubbish removal and park sanitation

? Master the point-of-sale, online booking and event scheduling software
? Oversee the following systems: security, A/V, phones and email

Human Resources
? Compliance with facility policies regarding personnel and administer prompt, fair
and consistent corrective action
? Conduct weekly staff meetings
? Train, develop and evaluate the existing Launch team
? Execute all proper employee documentation
? Recruit, hire, train, develop, evaluate and terminate
? Maintain succession plan with hourly, non-exempt employees
? Develop Assistant Managers into Store Managers
? Execute performance appraisals for all direct assigned employees
? Recommend wage rate promotion of hourly, non-exempt employees
? Ensure safety for all employees and treatment for injuries sustained while on the
? Counsel and coach store employees
? Develop long and short term staffing strategy
? Ensure our work place is free from discrimination and harassment
? Sustain accurate up-to-date personnel records
? Advanced analytical skills
? Deductive reasoning ability
? Advanced communication skills, leadership and supervision skills
? Capable of performing scheduling, control and planning
? Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with people, work precisely and
possesses strong problem-solving skills
? Ability to work flexible schedule and make adjustments according to store needs
and operating hours
? Pride, accountability and a sense of ownership in the satisfaction of completion
Other duties as assigned by owners or needed by the business

? Be 21 years of age.
? 3-5 years managing an entertainment business, recreation department or
? Cash management experience.
? Event management experience.
? Possess great communication skills
? Have knowledge of service and food and beverage, generally involving at least
three years of facility operations and/or assistant management positions.
? Possess excellent basic math skills and basic computer skills (Quickbooks, Excel
and Word) and a POS system.
? Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
? Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
? Must have the stamina to work 50 to 60 hours per week
? College degree preferred
? Commensurate work experience considered

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
