A fast growing community bank in northeastern New Jersey is seeking a Junior Credit Analyst to prepare comprehensive analyses of credit requests, both C& I and Commercial Real Estate, for a variety of commercial clients, with recommendations, and work closely with a team of commercial lending officers in the process, accompanying the lending officer before the credit committee, and with customer contact as well. The bank is aggressively lending, and has a strong, seasoned lending team.
This is an exceptional career opportunity and somewhat unique in that, being a smaller bank, the analyst will interact closely with the lending team and senior management, and have the opportunity to participate in every facet of the process. Candidates should have a minimum of one to two years' credit analysis experience within a financial institution, excellent analytical and communication skills, both oral and written, strong work ethic and ability to work closely with peers and senior people.
