Description


Assist the Project Manager with daily tasks including but not limited to:


  • Preparation of construction documents
  • Managing value engineering efforts
  • Preparing and processing all paperwork and documents to owner, project design team and subcontractors in a timely and complete manner
  • Ensuring compliance with construction permits
  • Preparing and maintaining project schedule and budgets, communicating changes to project personnel as needed
  • Addressing all project completion and warranty issues and prepare final close-out documentation
  • Managing budget and financial reporting
  • Managing the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program.

Profile


  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management (strongly preferred)
  • Experience on multifamily projects at least $5 million
  • Knowledge of construction procedures, building codes, estimating, budgeting, scheduling and safety practices
  • Knowledge of project management software
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
