Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Technical Support Representative to join our dedicated support team.
As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with any technical issues they may encounter while using our payroll software.
Your primary goal will be to promptly and effectively resolve customer inquiries and ensure their overall satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and tickets promptly and professionally.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to our payroll software.
Guide customers through the resolution process, providing clear instructions and solutions.
Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams for further investigation.
Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and provide feedback for product improvements.
Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates of our payroll software.
Contribute to the development of self-help resources, such as knowledge base articles and tutorials.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in the software industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
Patience and empathy to effectively assist customers of varying technical backgrounds.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Familiarity with payroll processes and systems is a plus.
Degree in computer science or a related field is preferred but not required.
