As a Legal Assistant - Paralegal you will be a crucial team member, providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff in a courteous and professional manner Managing busy and dynamic attorney calendars including confirming and coordinating court appearances, meetings, etc.
Making copies, scanning, filing Assisting with court filings and assembling motions Compiling discovery for attorney review Running Child Support Guidelines Assisting in the preparation of Case Information Statements Reminding attorneys of deadlines for filings, appearances, meetings, etc.
Ensure client files are up to date and organized and carrying client's files and boxes.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience as a Family Law legal assistant Highly organized Be tech-savvy Have strong customer services skills Compensation and

Salary $50,000 - $70,000 depending on years of experience and qualifications Health, Dental & Vision 9 AM to 5:
