We are seeking an outstanding, motivated, well-rounded bookkeeper/administrative assistant to help run various residential remodeling projects and assist with general office duties.
Quick Books desktop bookkeeping experience required.

Essential Duties, Requirements and
Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping AP/AR forecasting Assist with project management File construction permits Schedule building inspections and client appointments Local office errands Answer phones with strong customer service abilities Administrative office duties, filing, data entry, etc.
