Hybrid Remote APL Associates is a social service agency that uses a holistic approach and focuses on both job specific and the intangibles that might affect job readiness and success.
APL is seeking a self-starting Job Coach to support individuals with disabilities.
Responsibilities include job coaching (onsite/offsite), job development and long term support.
Position requiresAn Associates Degree (Bachelors Preferred) and experience working with individuals with Developmental Disabilities (Preferred) , driver's license, and a car are (required).
Provides hands on employment training to individuals with Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with State regulations.
Develop and maintain relationships with employers.
Support clients with job searching skills, such as creating a resume, cover letter and references.
Work with clients on job applications,interview skills, complete mock interviews, and attend interviews if needed.
Identify natural supports to ensure stabilazation on the job.
Review client records and communicate with counselor Complete Intake paperwork and vocational interview for new referrals.
Complete Daily work logs Search for appropriate and available employment positions via job boards and networking.
Job carving with employers on hours/tasks when appropriate ASL and Spanish skills a plus Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
