You may be the first point of contact to assist our tenants and vendors.
To be successful in this role, you should be able to manage various tasks on a daily basis to ensure great customer service and that our operation runs smoothly.
Ultimately you will ensure our building is safe, clean and inviting.
Perform straightforward tasks Direct tenants and vendors to the appropriate personel for solutions Ensure equipment and facility is safe, clean and organized Report any safety concerns or violations to management immediately You should have basic knowledge of cleaning, spackling and painting.
You should be able to make minor repairs.
You should be able to stand and be on your feet for periods of time You should be able to maintain a professional image at all times Sound verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of the local area a plus Basic arithmetic calculations Basic computer skills Job Type:
